Alpha Bridge Hardware Warranty & RMA Terms
1. PURPOSE
1.1 The purpose of this procedure is to describe Information, term and condition of Warranty and RMS how to handle the same
2. SCOPE
2.1 This procedure applies to all finished goods sold to customer.
2.2 Products warranty is applicable only in countries where alpha bridge sold product currently.
3. RESPONSIBILITY
3.1 Company employees, representatives and distributors are responsible for reporting all customer request to Customer Service or local Customer Action Report (CAR) Coordinator.
3.2 Customer can also contact Support services directly or look for the information online
4. Shelf Life (DOA) & Refund
4.1 Products that cannot function in normal operation or have serious defects within 30 days of the original invoice are eligible for exchange or refund through your original retailer.
Products returned to Alpha Bridge under Warranty are required to have original packaging intact to obtain a replacement. The RMA process will be considered under the Limited Warranty and should comply with the policies of the Limited Warranty. Alpha Bridge will cover shipping and handling costs from the customer location to Local repair centre in India and back to the customer if deemed DOA within 30 days of the original invoice date. Actual delivery times may vary depending on Customer location.
Note: Alpha Bridge reserves the right to refund the purchase price as its exclusive warranty remedy.
5. Warranty Duration
The following are terms applicable to your hardware warranty.
Duration of Hardware Warranty: New Warranty Period
The New Warranty Period terms described applies to all Alpha Bridge products sold in the India .12 months (1year) of warranty coverage from date of purchase on receipt/invoice.
Hardware. Alpha Bridge Technologies Pvt Ltd or the subsidiaries selling the Product (“Alpha Bridge”) warrants that commencing from the date of shipment to Customer, the Hardware will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
ThisDelivery date can be referred on our Website or using delivery challans.
This limited warranty extends only to the original user of the Product. Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy and the entire liability of Alpha Bridge and its suppliers under this limited warranty will be, at Alpha Bridge’s or its service centre’s option, shipment of a replacement within the warranty period and according to the replacement process described in the warranty card (if any), or if no warranty card, as described on the Alpha Bridge Product Warranties webpage https://www.AlphaBridge.com/warranty or a refund of the purchase price if the Hardware is returned to the party supplying it to Customer,freight and insurance prepaid.
Alpha Bridge replacement parts used in Hardware replacement may be new or equivalent to new. Alpha Bridge’s obligations here under are conditioned upon the return of affected Hardware in accordance with Alpha Bridge’s or its service centre’s then-current Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures.
7. Warranty Will Not Cover any of the following conditions:
This limited warranty does not apply if the Hardware
a) has been altered, except by Alpha Bridge or its authorized representative,
b) has not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with instructions supplied by Alpha Bridge,
c) has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, abnormal environmental conditions, misuse, negligence, or accident; or (
d) licensed for beta, evaluation, testing or demonstration purposes.
e) Products missing serial numbers, product bar code or altered in any way.
f) Products having labels or glue that cannot be removed.
g) Any defects caused by software, virus, or improper use of self-made, non-public or third party/open-source software.
h) Any defects caused by transportation or loading during returning voyage
i) Any other defects that are not caused by workmanship or product quality.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Except as specified in this limited warranty, all express or implied conditions, representations, and warranties including, without limitation, any implied warranty or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, satisfactory quality, non-interference, accuracy of informational content, or arising from a course of dealing, law, usage, or trade practice, are hereby excluded to the extent allowed by applicable law and are expressly disclaimed by alpha bridge, its suppliers and licensors. to the extent an implied warranty cannot be excluded, such warranty is limited in duration to the express warranty period.
This disclaimer and exclusion shall apply even if the express warranty set forth above fails of its essential purpose.
Limitations and Exclusions of Liability. In no event will Alpha Bridge or its licensors be liable for the following, regardless of the theory of liability or whether arising out of the use or inability to use the Hardware or otherwise, even if a party been advised of the possibility of such damages: (a) indirect, incidental, exemplary, special or consequential damages; (b) loss or corruption of data or interrupted or loss of business; or (c) loss of revenue, profits, goodwill or anticipated sales or savings. All liability of Alpha Bridge, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors collectively, to Customer, whether based in warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the license fees paid by Customer to any Approved Source for the Hardware that gave rise to the claim. This limitation of liability for Hardware is cumulative and not per incident. Nothing in this limited warranty limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Venue
If Customer acquired the Product in a country or territory listed below, as determined by reference to the address on the purchase order the Approved Source accepted, this table identifies the law that governs this limited warranty (notwithstanding any conflict of laws provision) and the specific courts that have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising under this limited warranty.

10. Return Material Authorizations
To Receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number:
● Please contact the party from whom you purchased the product.
● If you purchased the product directly from Alpha Bridge, call Alpha Bridge TAC by phone to start a validation of your warranty claim.

If you are instructed to return your product under the terms of your warranty and issued an RMA Number, follow these steps:
● Return the unit to Alpha Bridge or your network supplier as instructed.
● Your unit will be repaired if possible or will be replaced per the applicable warranty guidelines.
● If you cannot locate your network supplier, you may return the unit to Alpha Bridge.
Important
Note – All material returned to Alpha Bridge must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number is necessary so that the factory can ensure proper tracking and handling of returned material.
If you do not have an RMA number, Alpha Bridge reserves the right to refuse receipt of returned units. The following information Is needed for a RMA

v. Product Model Number
vi. Product description
vii. Serial Number
viii. Defective description for each item
ix. Copy of purchase invoice, or retail receipt
11. Service
Assistance
If you have a Alpha Bridge Managed service program or other maintenance agreement, request service under your agreement. You can purchase maintenance contracts from your local network supplier or from Alpha Bridge directly.
Call the Alpha Bridge TAC line if you have contracted for this service. TAC support is not available as part of warranty alone.
